The artist’s name is Azis. He is a romani politician turned pop-folk singer in Bulgaria. He is wildly popular there, where people either love him or hate him.

He is very controversial and is known for using strong gay themes in his videos, particularly the bear variety. He is a chameleon and has many looks, but tends to wear makeup and long fake eye lashes and wears drag. He is also fond of plastic surgery.
He recently fathered a baby girl with his long-time friend through artificial insemination and to top it off he married his long time boyfriend, a Bulgarian football player. (Their marriage is not legal in Bulgaria.)
Admittedly, the music will not appeal to everyone but the visuals more than make up for it.
Whatever you do, watch the whole thing and don’t miss the ending. It’s priceless! But no skipping ahead. It will not make sense, so don’t do it!
